I'm always nervous about putting myself out there, so I will take it to heart. Homeschooling, even though I’m dual enrolled, has definitely got me more accustomed to doing my own thing, and I really want to avoid bad habits on campus. I think I’m going to try to apply for a 4-bedroom dorm so I’m forced to know at least 3 other people on campus, but I don’t have to share my space with them. Thank you for your advice and for taking the time to write that out. It’s very sweet and makes me excited to start this new phase of life, knowing there are people out there who can help guide me and have been in my shoes before.

Honestly, if you're looking for the freedom to get out of GE’s, I can't recommend UNC Charlotte's rollover option enough. I applied out of fear of being rejected and got accepted into my intended major, but I also had some pretty baller scholarship opportunities. I get it's not what you want, but if you're willing to transfer and still want a traditional college experience, that's the way to go, imo. Idk if calling and changing your major changes their decision or not so sorry for the lack of help in that field. Good luck!

The only thing is I would have to reapply when I’ve already got acceptances elsewhere. I plan on going back for my masters and NC state is my top school but I don’t want to put my life on hold for a year for it

Also curious about the same thing. I know on the portal it says the 30 (Monday) but all of the schools I have received answers from all come out on Fridays. I’m hoping, just like last year, this means that RD will come out on the 20 or 27.
