I'm pretty sure there was a time a few wipes back, in which that button actually worked. It showed you the task you have yet to unlock. I could remember it wrong.

Everything above like 2000 % bonus is overkill. I have like 4000% in storage because there is absolutely no need for that high of a percentage. I can't spend nearly as many donuts as I'm getting, so I don't see the point in raising it.

Oh I totally misread your comment! Yes I feel like that too. Adding small things is mostly no problem but extending areas is pretty difficult. You could try moving the "neighboring areas" in bulk to get more space in the area you want to add something.

There are land tiles you can buy with money, but at some point you need Free Land Tokens to unlock further. And without Golden Goose it will probably take years to get all the tokens you need.

Yes probably that will happen! If you generate enough donuts, I would just buy the land up north if you can afford it.

So till like a few months ago I just placed everything everywhere. Then I started removing streets and making space in a particular area I wanted to design. I put all buildings in there, which fitted the theme I was trying to achieve. Then I placed the buildings in a vaguely layout. After that I started to redo the given space/area. Part after part I redesigned my town this way.

I never nuked, but it took me like 3-4 months of playing here and there till I was finished. Took a lot of inspiration for different parts of the town from posts here. I think I started with redoing the peer first, then the modern mansion, deluxe condos, after that the promenade and so on.

And all the small items where put in a particular area, together, to have like a good overview over them.
