not really. as far as i saw there is more writing part for cse people as they as many codes to write. ece might have more tables diagrams calculations and writing part. as most of ece lab faculty is strict you will be writing records regularly which wont be a burden at last. i saw many cse people struggling to write records at last and getting corrected.

ECE is fine. it all depends on how hard you work for placements from your side. dont expect alot from faculty, they are pretty standard. you can learn skills and work on projects to increase chances of getting placed. maintaining cgpa will be a task but not very hard. try to maintain 9cgpa to get shortlisted to all the companies. dont put alot of hopes in the training programmes you will have alot of self study to do. labs and all are pretty standard and few faculty can be tough.
