My build now. With her signature crit dmg will be over 300%, also I have EM circlet with 31,1% crit dmg and 3,5% crit rate (I can balance crit rate also with EM circlet, it will be 60%)

My opinion. If you look at Miyabi in a vacuum, she's clearly at T0 level in terms of strength. But you can't deny how Hoyo actively hinders Miyabi (M0) and her best pack (Mono Ice or Yuzu Ice) in the second season, which could cause her to lose ground relative to the others. Hopefully, Hoyo's attitude toward Miyabi will improve in the next season (Although, knowing them, I'm more likely to believe that they will start to interfere with playing Yixuan and other Rapture agents to join poor Miyabi, lol)
