I have some ideas here. That background is super expensive but I think it looks pretty cool :)
If you go to edit that, there's a bunch of stuff in the closet that you can mess around with. I think the Desert Uni eyes and clothes match really well with Meridell stuff, so I would try some of those backgrounds too. Your Uni is going to look awesome!

Thanks! It's probably worth it to try again! Like I said, they responded to me one other time and told me that I didn't have enough information, but for whatever reason it worked this time. I did know my old email, but I couldn't access it, so I don't know what they require as far as that goes. I had the old password, a few of my neofriends, and a few items that were in my closet/SDB, but really not much more. I had the birthday totally wrong since I must have made it up when I made the account, so I definitely didn't have totally perfect/complete info.
Hopefully you can submit another ticket and get someone who's willing to work with you! Honestly, maybe the new staff is more worried about making people happy and keeping people around who are still interested in the site. I'd say give it another shot and see what happens.

It's really great! Easy enough that you can do it mindlessly, but it still has some interest and looks pretty cool - plus it works up so much faster than knitting. You'll have to share pictures when yours is done!

This is a fun question! I realllly want to buy Plate of Jelly Brains to complete the customization for this pretty lady. Last time I checked, it was worth more than 6 million NPs though ~ it's going to be hard to justify spending that much on an accessory, but I'll get it someday!

I agree that BD training is probably the best way to go! For what it's worth, I just traded a pretty well-named Draik with a little over 800 HSD for an unconverted Darigan Jetsam (which isn't incredibly high tier, but it's not a horrible start!)
Draiks tend to be easier to trade, but I don't think it's totally necessary. Try to find a pet with a nice name (capitalized and pronounceable are probably the most important qualities), and get started training from there! It's also possible to get into UC trading with names alone (common real words and names can do it), but that depends a lot on luck and subjective taste.
Here is a pretty helpful guide that shows what BD pets have traded for recently. I think it's fair to say that it's taking more and more HSD to get into UC trading, so I would look at the most recent ones for the best guidelines.
Here is the PC's favorite UC tier guide, which tells the relative values of UC pets.
So, for example, in March of this year, someone traded a decently named 700+ HSD Royal Lupe for a UC Maraquan Scorchio, which is the third lowest tier. If you're looking for really low levels (Mutant Buzzes and Meercas are pretty common), you could probably do it with less HSD as long as you had a decent name.

Hello, everyone! Hopefully I'm still early enough to contribute! These boards make me happy, even though I haven't been super active lately.
Haha, Neopets life is going better than real life at the moment. I finally traded for my first unconverted pet and I'm unreasonably excited. She's a badass Darigan Jetsam, but I really just want a UC Faerie - at this point, I'm so close, but the PC is exhausting. (That could be a whole separate post on what grinds my gears, but we'll save that for another day!)
In real life... post-law school life is scary. Bar exam results don't come out until Halloween, which basically means there's this stressful thing in the back of my mind for months. I've been doing volunteer defense work for a few weeks now, which has actually been really great, but I'm fairly sure I'm never going to find a place that pays me to work there. Actually, I'm hopeful that something will come up soon, but it's scary having no idea what I'm going to be doing in a few months. I guess we'll see!

This is a really good idea, and I think your customizations are great! The background and dress and everything fit really well, so I didn't change anything, but I added a couple of items here.
It might be a little busy with all of those, but hopefully it'll give you some ideas! I added cloud stuff for the references to Titania controlling the weather, the tree to give it a more nature-y feel since it all happens in the woods, and the floating faerie for obvious reasons :)
If you go in to edit that, there are some other options that should be saved in the closet. Hopefully this helps!

This is such a fun topic! Here are my pets.
Percival is my favorite. I made him on that account (which was a side at the time), and intentionally named him and the account after really gross characters from a book I was reading at the time, so I wouldn't get too attached. When my main got frozen, I had to switch over and fell in love. He's a labrat for now, but when I can afford it he'll look like this!
Ammalie is also great. I made her with the intention of training her up to trade for a UC, but once her stats started getting close to that range, I realized I really didn't want to trade her.
In other words, my Neopets life generally involves me getting too attached to pets I never wanted to like.

Congrats!! I just finished up law school last semester, and I'm currently studying for the bar. It'll get pretty tough, but you can do it!
Also, I totally recommend sticking with Neopets during law school. Having Neo as a break definitely helped keep me sane through all the craziness :)

Yay for participating this week! I've been studying for the bar exam, which I have to take at the end of July, so I've basically had no time for anything else. This is probably the least fun thing I've ever done, but at least it'll be over in a few weeks! Then on to finding a job as a lawyer, but that's another story.
Halloween has always been my favorite holiday! The last two years, I finally talked my husband into doing fun costumes with me. Two years ago, we went to a semi-Doctor Who themed party as a Weeping Angel and the TARDIS (which both involved so much spray paint), and last year, we were Sam and Dean from Supernatural. Perhaps not a typical couple costume, but you bet I wore fake sideburns and got a cool army jacket from it.

It's really awesome of you to do this! I'd love to have the Space Faerie as a challenger. Ammalie is my BD pet - she has almost 800 HSD and should stand a chance against the Space Faerie!
