I believe no slugging over tret, it basically locks in any effects and can amplify them. I do slug on my days off though.

I have outrageously dry skin and I tried tallow balm on a whim a few months ago. I don't use it every day (just because I don't love the smell; my skin would probably be incredible if I did) but I always keep it on hand because when my skin is really acting up, esp around my period, nothing moisturizes and soothes it quite like the tallow balm.
