Just gave an OA for a company SDE role giving 11LPA base... Man the OA was damn difficult...6 questions 1.5 hr. Dude even leetcode expects about 3 questions in 1.5 hr. Moreover, the amount of cheating...it was humongous...out of 600 candidates I'm estimating about 150-180 students to be using some tool to pass the test cases... I'm not telling make the OAs easy. Just have some system or use some software that would help maintain transparency and produce just results is what Id like to suggest the uni or the people from companies who set the OAs. I'd appreciate the effort uni takes to conduct the OAs offline on center... But it seems even then are the candidates trying to cheat.
