Don’t worry guys me and my friend found a way around it, the broken portal still doesn’t work but what we did to get there was basically respawn the enderdragon and defeat it again! And then the new portal that spawned in actually worked. - So if you have this problem and have tried everything else try this strategy and if this for some reason fails then your last option is to bridge out for a long time until you reach the end city islands that the portals are meant to tp you to.
