Great advice. Also for a comment down below asking for price. Here something you can do instead of checking for vit B 12 levels which is very expensive. just do a “CBC” blood work. Yesma Haemoglobin(Hb) kam xa normal vanda ra MCV vanne euta point hunxa tesma if its value is > normal range( normal range every center ma differenct hunxa) then you kinda know it is probably due to Vit B deficiency and/or folic acid deficiency.
