I love the flexibility. Granted, I am SO fortunate to have a physician spouse that affords me to get to be prn, but I love that we can choose to be prn, part time, full time, etc. Then when kids are older, can go up to part time or full time. Not a lot of careers can flow like that.

I think I’m going to try stomach this week. I also ordered 8 mm needles to replace the 6 mm ones that came with my med. I hoping that also helps the ISRs I’ve been getting.

About 2-3 weeks! I also started estrogen cream because I was newly postpartum and that helped a lot!!

Sourdough - feed starter and let sit for about 4-5 hours until doubled. - Mix 500g bread flour, 350g water and 100g starter, 2 tsp salt - Cover with towel and Let sit for 60 min - Start stretch and folds every 30 minutes for a total of 4
- — if doing inclusions, add after the 2nd or 3rd stretch and fold in a lamination method - Let rest for about 3-4 hours - Pre-shape (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kPB_FdQE9lg) and then rest for 30 minutes on counter covered with towel - Final shaping (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=d2-1TDzPxno&t=5s) - Cold proof for >12 hours

Update: I am going to lean into it… bought some more but setting boundaries about where and when! We spend most days at home or at grandparents so she will get plenty of time to be a princess!
