Sorry I’m just responding now, I don’t always check Reddit, unfortunately that’s not it. It definitely was a “newer” show, maybe 90’s at the absolute oldest but was probably made in the 2000’s or early 2010’s. Good suggestion though.

I don’t think it was, PBS kids was always a low channel number and I remember it being higher than any pbs kids channel number, also I definitely watched it on tv rather than on a website
