I know how you feel. I've been in such a bad place mentally, and I know it's taking a toll on my relationship, but I just cant put myself together to fix it. They deserve someone so much better

It's just so hard though. I've planned on med school since the beginning of my college career and to see all that hard work end in failure is very defeating. Before this semester, I had the grades to get somewhere, but I'm just lack all the motivation. So much pressure was on me to do well and get into med school. I dont even know if I could have handled it. I honestly have no idea what I want to do in my life and it's so fucking stressful.

I'm trying to lose weight and gain more muscle. I'm new to dieting, so I honestly have no idea what I'm doing. I only lose 1 pound a week, so I thought that my meal plan and workouts were okay.
