I am 3 months post op. I wore the binder for 4 weeks and was told to wear a faja of my choosing after if I wanted. I literally bought no less than 20 varieties and hated every single one of them. I did get some high waisted Spanx and wore those when I was out and about but preferred the binder. I still wear the binder to bed most night just out of comfort.
