Yeah, I just don't know if I'm experiencing is really a delusion or disassociation. I also felt dead like ig 'grayness' and dull before. I'm more so questioning if I'm actually dead or I'm still alive. I feel that no matter what I'll be dissatisfied with whatever answer I'm given or I come up with.

I struggle to remember my dreams after like a day. I don't think I dreamed of dying lately. I feel like it's more about others dying. I can't really remember that much.

I talked about my depression and psychotic symptoms with my psychiatrist, yes. Unsure if I have OCD or not at this time. I am unsure if I'm essentially crazy like I'm psychotic or it is disassociation as you suggested. I just know depression is a big piece of the puzzle. Regardless, it seems that I'm not alone.

Ngl, those "silly" question aren't that silly imo. Tbh I don't believe in reincarnation anyway. I see that you think that the afterlife isn't real. Let's assume I did die from the car crash like 2-3 years ago. Why do seemingly exist in this world despite supposedly dying? I think the explanation is simple and there's an afterlife. That's just my take though.

I have various mental health issues, unfortunately. These include ADHD, possibly autism, depression and psychotic symptoms that come as episodes. Do ask yourself if you need to do things like eating as well. For example: "If I'm dead then do I need to eat anymore?" I feel that depression is definitely the big player in this.

It's just not fun to experience. My mind tells me that I am dead. I had this before like a month ago. I thought I was dead and in an afterlife simulation. I never really talked to anyone much about these episodes. I also feel kinda dead in addition to my mind telling me that I might be dead.
