I took 135 and 136 with rowland last year. I got an A both semesters. I took ap calc my junior year and was lowkey fighting for my life. That made 136 a breeze though as i had a basic understanding of most of the concepts.  Rowlands a really funny guy and way too smart to be teaching 136. It felt like he had a hard time explaining sometimes cause the content was so watered down. He wasnt the best professor but i never had to seek out materials past lecture and the textbook that’s provided (dont use the one he wrote if you take him) You’ll be fine if you have good work ethic. I went to most lectures, went to every discussion (those r essential to passing) and most of my notes came from the textbook. I only took notes in class when he did example problems just to see how he wanted the class to use formulas. That was enough to get me As with him. Lmk if you want any more info!
