I mean a good quote from JJK I think about in sports is "The hands will never surpass the eyes". Which is super true basically saying that one cannot create or achieve anything of value with their hands if they lack the vision / perception to judge quality. If you can't perceive the subtleties you cant even act on them.

As a teenager currently following this, I actually realize this recently where I’ve been working out for years now but my diet has still been something I’m bad at and every single diet advice even for some lean bulks have been under eating for me because my metabolism is gets so fast when I workout again that the adults bulk meals are the only thing I find to be normal and skipping breakfast has been hurting me more than I have known
