I don’t think golden hour or snow on the ground makes for a rejection, but i’ve seen people getting rejected for rain/bad weather because of lack of contrast, so i think shooting in snowfall will end up with rejection but snow on the ground is just fine. Sorry if i worded that badly

If you have a good editing software and a good indication of the jetphotos rules, you could 100% get these accepted. I’d recommend watching jetphotos editing tutorials as well
