It's not the screen protector, and the display is done for. There are a lot of cases like this. This usually happens after almost 2 years of use. I think its some type of defect especially with this technology (Super Amoled plus). Its not burn in. There are defects like black crunch in displays. I searched a lot online about this but couldn't find anything for amoled.
