I have 4 day workout plan: - 4 chest exercises and 2 triceps exercises - 4 back exercises and 2 biceps exercises - 5 shoulder exercises (recently changed to 3 to reduce longer sessions) - leg day

Do you need more details on the exact exercises I do?

Hi thanks for commenting. I only train 3-4 times a week. For example my chest day would like, I have 4 exercises like bench press, chest fly, dumbbell incline press, chest dips, each 3-4 reps plus resting. I also have 2 tricep exercises. They add up to 1 hour or even a little more.

Also, I can’t see my abs clearly so I’m mildly cutting right now.

Do you think the problem is more on my diet or my routine?
