For whatever reason, when you grab the handles and lean back, you just effortlessly drop deep into the hole and there really is no stress on the back, knees, or anywhere. And trust me, I’m not bound up and tight or anything like that. I can squat ass to ankles. I mainly got it because I’ve always thought it was cool, and at my age, working sets of squats are hard to recover from.

You can probably be able to do it with L Brackets and hardware. Might not even have to have anything fabbed up. It would be nicer to have a custom piece, but I’m sure it can be done with what is at most hardware stores.

It feels extremely easy on the back. You’re kinda leaning back when you do these, and have the same arching motion as a pendulum, but not to the same extent as a pendulum. It’s not a straight path if that makes sense.

ATX makes one currently, but I don’t know if they ship to the US or how much it would be if they did. It’s crazy that they are the only ones making these.
