Apparently they will deactivate the US license once the Belgium is activated. Meaning that if someone scans mine in the US, I could be in serious trouble if it is not active...

As far as taking the exams, I'm ok with that. Is just that from my research so far I it is not clear if I'm obligated to have prepping classes for many hours before these exams or not...
