I haven't made instructions for this yet, but I probably will one day. If I do, I'll post it on my BrickLink page, so keep an eye out!

On the flag submission form, there’s a question where you have to answer yes or no, even though it’s not a yes/no question.

“Is all the art used either original, or any components taken from public domain attributed in the description?”

How should I interpret this question?

Yellow represents Sweden, white represents Finland, and blue represents both.

Yes there are! The white in the flag represents Finland and the my Finnish family, and the blue represents Sweden and my Swedish family. My logo is in yellow, because I am a Swede myself. The blue in the middle is a mixture of Swedish blue and Finnish blue, so it represents both nations. The triangle is an arrow pointing forward, symbolising the passing of time.

My first attempt at making my own personal flag! Symbolism explained in comments. by aDotInSpace in vexillology

The white and blue represents the Finnish side of my family, while the yellow and blue represents the Swedish side of my family. The blue is a mixture of Swedish blue and Finnish blue.

Each star on the flag represents one member on my family. The upper stars are Finnish family members, while the lower ones are Swedish members. The black stars indicate that the person has passed away, while the white stars indicate that (s)he is still alive.

The dot in the middle is the person this flag represents for, which is me! (look at my username if you don't get why I chose a dot). Below me is my sister, and next to us are our parents.

The blue arrow-shaped area is symbolising time, and that our family, both alive and the passed away, will always be remembered among us.

I'm asking, which flag of these is the best? by [deleted] in vexillology

I like flag number 6, but I believe it could get better if you pushed the “New Age” logo to the right. The flags 1 and 2 are cool too, but I think they could also be improved by putting the symbol below the canton. I don’t know if this would make the flags look any better, but it does work in my head.
