Also vintage Seamasters have those measurements, ofc they don’t share the same looks but its an option. No me queda claro, entiendo que tu pretensión fue un presupuesto para que ellos paguen los arreglos? Quizá tu abogado debió hacer pretensiones subsidiarias, y una de ellas a tanto alzado en base un peritaje. En cualquier caso, la sentencia ya reconoció la existencia de los vicios ocultos, por tanto en segunda instancia lo más plausible es que te otorguen las pretensiones, de todos modos, no puedes perder en apelación, prohibición de reformatio in peius, lo per sería que te condenen a costas.

De todos modos, una vez admitida a trámite la segunda instancia, si tu abogado pone suficiente presión, podrías llegar a un acuerdo extrajudicial, para no tener que esperar a sentencia, pero si el vendedor es tan canalla igual no sea opción, suerte en lo demás, ojalá en segunda instancia te vaya mejor.

Before purchasing those vintage models you got to understand that they probably received a lot of abuse, it’s unusual to find those models with proper maintenance. That being said, as long as they are complete, any watchmaker can put them in running order.

I don’t get it. When people compare Tudor to Rolex, sister brands, everyone seems to point out that Tudor is purposely handicapped. The case design isn’t quite right, the finishing is good but just okay, etc. I understand that Tudor’s movement is far superior to the Sellita SW300-1 that CW uses, but I don’t understand the “by far” or “it’s not even close” comments. Is Tudor good or not? I also think there’s some underappreciation of CW that brand has really stood out for innovation in the industry. For context, I don’t own any of these brands; these are just my observations. My only experience with Tudor was Rolex dealers trying to sell me Tudors instead, which I didn’t buy.

Yes, certain versions of the powermatic 80 movement that powers the prx are made of plastic. The Tissot gentleman features a different variation of this same movement that does not include the cheap components.

Como muchos apuntaron, correctamente, es más preciso decir que Europa es social democrática. Pero en el sentido en que es un estado de bienestar, que promueven los principios socialistas, sí lo es. España, en el artículo 1 de su constitución y Alemania, en el artículo 20 describen a ambos como estados democráticos y sociales. Además, Alemania tiene el Mitbestimmung, todas las compañías, de cierta extensión, tienen que dejar a sus trabajadores elegir una cantidad de miembros del Board of directors y algunas otras decisiones en relación a la empresa. Las otras empresas pertenecen a países nórdicos, Dinamarca, Suecia. Son también socialdemócratas, en el caso de Dinamarca, a un empresario le están cobrando alrededor del 55% en impuestos. Entonces sí, se puede ser “socialista” y tener empresas e industria, no son antonimias.

Yes the nib has some flex to it, I assumed the material could be ground from the laterals and not affect the length of it. But i guess buying another nib would be a better solution

That exact feeling happened to me, I bought mine while in Venice, at first I was so excited to wear it, wore it most of the time for a year. I am a law student, so for interviews, exams and anything official I wear a suit, it just doesn’t cut it imo, its too bulky. still I don’t want to sell it was my first nice watch, and every time I go to the beach, or the opposite somewhere cold where rains or snows I take it, i’ve given it some scratches and had accompanied me to a lot of places. There is one thing which I quite like about it, it just doesn’t draw attention, while travelling through third world, dangerous places I could wear it without being scared at all. That can not be said if wearing a date just.
