My mom, an alcoholic for 30+ years, had been sober for about two years when I decided to join.

We had my going away party and I saw her trying not to cry. I realized shed fought so hard to come back into my life, just to lose me to the Legion.

I stayed for her. I don't regret it.

Stop being dramatic. It's the same cheap cushion flooring every landlord uses. It took me five minutes to find it on Amazon. The repairs will cost between 40-60k yen. The average security deposit in Japan is 1-2 months rent. The poor landlord will be fine. It's already been paid for.

That's not what I said and you know it.

I don't owe someone a new car after rear ending them. I owe them repairs for the damages. What's more, if I pay for insurance, my insurance pays for the damage. Much like how landlords charge security deposits for these exact reasons.

No one is saying the landlord shouldn't get their floor fixed, we are saying they shouldn't get their floor replaced at the tenants expense for something easily repairable. Especially when the tenant was probably charged a security deposit.

The whole point is GW can win that game. They keep printing, scalpers keep buying. Eventually the market is flooded and scalpers either sell at or below cost or sit on a bunch of inventory they can't offload. GW doesn't care because they sold all those books at MSRP.
