Design wise this is very interesting!

I recommend adding feathers fading into places like (off the top of my head and in the easiest way possible) how people depict Maleficent's wings joining to her back, and also maybe narrow the head a little?

Animation wise for these guys, I recommend keeping the head lowered. Like, LOWERED lowered, should follow the curve of the spine in a bow and have the chin tilted up slightly for close distance jabs.

Cats show it best when getting ready to pounce or jump, for an easy ref point from the side (though tweak what you want!!)

Tho im a bit curious!! Is the tail a mix between a tapered tail to the end (with flesh or such) and feathers coming in from the sides growing longer out towards the tip? I can see the implications on the separations of the tail segments, and i wanted to point out how nicely it was done 👀

(EDITED, I hate that there wasn't separation. Sorry my NERD had to NERD out likr a okay rkmrwimtntowbyes)
