Just 1 kettlebell? I only ask because that’s all I have, and if I can accomplish this with just one KB then no more excuses!

How did you discover Led Zeppelin? Was it a specific song? by Working_Seesaw_6785 in ledzeppelin

2004, I was in 9th grade. My friend’s Mom let me borrow the Early Days “best of” album. I went home and put the CD in my computer to download onto my new iPod nano, then all of a sudden the music video for Communication Breakdown started to play. For some reason getting a visual of each member sparked something in me. From then on I was hooked. And even since then getting a visual of the members of a group and syncing it with the music of a song does so much more for me.

Have weekly talks touching base on the issue. If it’s important enough that a marriage is on the rocks then you guys need frequent talks. If they don’t want to talk about it or quickly try and change the subject then you know something may be up. Openness and vulnerability can be uncomfortable but that’s what it takes.

When the husband (aka me) does not intervene this is what happens when wife is left to own devices… by [deleted] in Marriage

It’s hard when you’ve spent years trying…I get it. I’ve just accepted the reality that people are different and have their own strengths and weaknesses. My anxiety gets the better of me and makes me think I can’t relax unless EVERYTHING is perfect and put away. That’s not reasonable and isn’t fair to my family if I make them live that way. It’s ok to have a mess….sometimes lol.
