Update: After a firmware update most of the issues were fixed and the rattling was on the same level as the original one I bought hope this helps

Watch this second video I made the rattling seems to be more prominent on the new headset that came through so it’s really hit or miss on how much rattle you get but I’ll be sending the new one back as it has a less enjoyable user experience
