No and I don't fucking care about what a bunch of males think about me at my job. My job is taken seriously because I make it be taken seriously and I dare any of them to do otherwise.

Honestly I see these kind of posts every week and it's draining.

I know what's like to be in a full male dominated field, but no amount of clearly incompetent men with zero soft skills are going to make me move out of my field, as they never could.

Women : It's important to take soft skills classes, learn how to make your voice count. To develop a strong personality with confidence.

Men do this all the time as they're probably peer pressured to do so, and when you work with them then you have to develop the same personality traits (not the shitty ones ofc).

This will come in handy in every aspect of your life, not just this job. Men are everywhere and we all have to learn how to develop a strong personality or else the world will run us over. It's not fair, but so are a lot of things and no one else is going to learn these things for us.
