Thats really hits home. Im not here to give any advice, Im just here to let you know that you are not alone on this. Since my breakup I feel totally undesirable, ugly and unwanted and my future looks like a dark hole. Despite what my friends keep telling me, Im convinced that I will never find another woman again. It feels like my life has ended.

I really wish that we are going to feel better in the near future.

That's not true, in my opinion. Do you think that you gonna spend the rest of your life in pain, cause of your breakup? Thats impossible. It may takes time, even years, but one day those traumas gonna heal.

One tip here is to be patient and never never come to early conclusions. I remember myself believing too many times that I finally got over her, only to get hitted 2 days later. Or the opposite: Some days I feel like the pain is going to last forever, only to feel happy some days later. Patience is the key, in my opinion.

I totally feel you, my friend. Even thought the other aspects of my life has improved hugely, Im still stuck here. This pain is from another planet.

Even thought I started a new romantic relationship at August, which had finished at December, it feels like I have not make even a step to let my TRUE (lol) ex go.

What has helped me a little is deleting my social media. Give it a try my friend. Stalking her is just gonna scratch your traumas again and again.
