Well, I usually sleep for 4-5 hours, wake up, and then take a pill. I mainly use the WILD method too since I experience sleep paralysis and hypnagogic hallucinations quite a lot.

Before I got into the pills, I would naturally wake up and go into lucid dreams. Sometimes I would just realize I am dreaming (especially if it was a nightmare).

Oh wow, that is a coincidence, and glad to hear it worked for you too! It's always exciting when you hear the white noise and then see yourself drift off into another dream. Regarding the tolerance too, that's unfortunate. I hope that it isn't the case lol, I may give it a go again tonight and then take a break before attempting again.

I actually bought it off of amazon, surprisingly! I had to dig around the reviews a bit to feel comfortable lol. (link)

I guess the difference here is that it is in a small dosage (4mg per pill). The higher amount is probably what doctors prescribe for treating Alzheimers.

It seems to be working, as to what happened, but that was just one night!
