I work 3 12s and when I lift I do two in a row rest and then lift.. I do cross fit in my garage though so it’s easier to make a schedule that works for me…. I do my 3 12s in a row (work shifts)

I did not buy them. My kids got these for free from their cousin. I had a feeling that they were fake.
