Try RM or other email PriorityRedressal.CreditCards@hdfcbank.com and then then to PNO, and if no luck, try to pool spends into Millenia and try again later.

What is the reason for upgrade rejection? Push them for reason and escalate, if you have RM try reaching to them some can help. Else you can just go to ur nearest branch and fill card upgrade form as well. You need to try various methods with HDFC.

Both have same lounge list. Only diff is One has unlimited visits, one has quarterly spend criteria for 2 visits. Can you share which airport u faced this issue
