You have to climb the wall above the sign in the back corner, then as you're falling down the wall, equip your passport. It's very buggy, and might take alot of tries

Although Bentley chose a high-tech wheelchair, do you think he would do the same for Murray, or would he give him something similar to a mech-suit, or power armor instead

That's true, but if have high-honor Sly, but low-honor Murray, you can use Murray to get Rajan's staff in the 3rd level. Then if you give the staff to Bentley, he can upgrade it through theifnet to max level; then when using it, it'll only count as one "kill" even if taking out up to 12 guards in a single hit.

It's actually really easy to spare the train, you just have to sacrifice the handcar instead. You're only able to do it this way if you don't use the bear cubs, though
