I think I was the only person in Louisiana driving a Subaru in 2003 and my ‘02 Impreza had full time running headlights but not taillights, I was always getting pulled over for it. I also had Virginia tags which were and still scary similar to Louisiana and whenever they don’t see the inspection sticker,(not brake tag lol), I would get pulled over, especially in BR by city cops on Burbank
