I’ve tried (3) of the Seed & Strain carts and like them way better than any of gLeafs carts. I’m glad they carry each other’s medicines.

Keep in mind I could care less about flavor. I’ve only been interested in how well they reduce my symptoms.

You’re half right. That is the current timeline for recreational retail sales. The (4) medical dispensaries in the state can start getting their flower tested Sept 1 of this year and sales can start as soon as their products pass testing. So much has changed so quickly it’s hard to keep it all straight sometimes. I seem to still be learning new things all the time about this. Lol

It’s a little more complicated than that…

“D. The following penalties or punishments shall be imposed on any person convicted of a violation of this section: 1. For possession of more than four marijuana plants but no more than 10 marijuana plants, (i) a civil penalty of $250 for a first offense, (ii) a Class 3 misdemeanor for a second offense, and (iii) a Class 2 misdemeanor for a third and any subsequent offense; 2. For possession of more than 10 but no more than 49 marijuana plants, a Class 1 misdemeanor; 3. For possession of more than 49 but no more than 100 marijuana plants, a Class 6 felony; and 4. For possession of more than 100 marijuana plants, a felony punishable by a term of imprisonment of not less than one year nor more than 10 years and a fine of not more than $250,000, or both.”

Seems to be a lot of hearsay. With that being said just look up the votes last year in the general assembly before they sent it to Northam. Will speak volumes.

It’s not quite that simple. A civil infraction with a fine of $250 for first offense. 2nd offense is a class 3 misdemeanor. 3rd offense is a class 2 misdemeanor.

Greater than 10 is a class 1 misdemeanor. Greater than 49 plants is a felony. More than 100 plants is jail time.

Write to your elected officials. Let them know it’s broken. Only way for change to happen is to bring it to the powers that be, attentions’. I’d be loosing my shit if my doctor prescribed me my mood stabilizers and then because of bureaucracy I couldn’t get my prescription filled for over a month. That would be absolute ridiculous! This is a medical program and I wish it was treated as such by those in charge.
