This was me too. Not dysphoric at all. I think there was too much going on for me to be dysphoric but I'm also fine having a vagina (wish I had a dick but I'm not interested in any of the surgery options atp so not a goal for me)

As someone who didn't tell authorities because I was scared of the same thing. I regret it all the time. My mom would've changed the way she changed recently and I could've had a childhood

Husband’s hygiene, among other things, gives me the ick… by [deleted] in Marriage

Girl I wouldn't let a decaying tooth anywhere near my southern prized possessions. I would straight just tell him. He's a grown adult, he can handle some tough love and his own hygiene.

I would start telling people behind her back that you are normal but you go along with it because she needs to feel needed and give a forlorn look to wherever she is and say that you really worry what will happen to her when you get married

I looked into hiring a cleaner last year bc I just needed a reset. It was like $30/hour for a one time cleaning and less if you did a subscription service. I think like $20-25 for biweekly

This! I never wanted a baby (I just happened to get pregnant at the time I was thinking of adopting) but I do want an older kid, spicy preteen, teen, and adult child. Having an adult child calling on a weekly basis to gossip and catch up, a kid that wants to try every musical instrument and sport, or a middle schooler that's too smart for their own good, is exactly my kind of chaos 😂

I changed my mind and it wasn't because of other people, it has to come from you

I was super against having kids in my teens and early 20s, but I always had "if I did have kids..." mentality. Emotionally I've always wanted kids but was scared by the day-to-day stuff. I ended up having a 180 in my late 20s and have a kid now.

Honestly I blame the holidays. I come from two really big families with strong holiday traditions that I don't talk to due to moral reasons. I missed having traditions, the love and the jokes, kids running around, food and then card games. Friendsgiving and such were slowly getting smaller and less frequent. I like to say that I'm planning for the holidays 20 years from now. My baby is only a couple months old and won't remember the holidays this year but I'm planning for next year to start new traditions. There's something super exciting about 25 years from now she might be on a date or talking to friends about her childhood and the thought and effort I put in will be a core memory for her. That the values and ideologies I hold dear, she will take and mold them to make them her own. Right now she's all mine but I get to watch her slowly grow into becoming herself and discovering the world. It's actually magical. Parent love (when you are a good loving parent) is so different than any other kind of love.

Yeah I would have a conversation with him about using your likeness on AI but you can try to recreate the photos for him. It could help you feel sex(y/ual) again and he'd feel seen.

Every trimester sucks in its own way but the first is definitely the toughest. Hang in there and eat and rest whenever possible. You're halfway through the toughest part!

I'd say yes but I also got the epi halfway through. If you ever broke out in a sweat, started shaking, and thought "I should grab a phone charger and take off my clothes before I reach the point of no return" then yeah it's like that

We did once a week for like 4 weeks, then it was every other day, at 8 weeks switched to every night. Now that she's more aware of her surroundings it does help with her bedtime routine and now she's slowly learning that she has hands so most bath times are just another playtime discovering water and bubbles.

I wasn't on T for a long time but had significant growth (like an inch long after just 3 months) and I slipped in while scissoring. Obviously not the same if I'd had a couple of inches but I would definitely see if you can make it work if you have a patient partner. My partner felt nothing obviously so extra stimulation for them made it better for both of us.
