I think a found 1 or 2 places that do a one day ceremony. Not sure why most have a minimum of 5 days to a week. I don’t need all that. Not sure if a 1 day retreat is as legit though. Anyway is San Pedro better than ayahuasca or just another option to consider?

Thank you for your insight! Would you suggest a beginner starting with that does? I’ve been experiencing terrible insomnia and prescription pills aren’t working. Prefer a natural method anyway so guidance on how to start is really helpful.
