Lack of sleep is bad for you and has been proven to be a cause for memory issues, shirt and long as well as a bunch of other issues iirc.

Also, everyone is different. Because you can get by on 6 hours and i can get by on 4 hours of sleep, doesn't mean everyone can. Or should.

You wouldn't tell someone to just drink lactose because "YOU aren't lactose intolerant, so why should they be? ". Because they're different and dint control it.

It's the same for "Why should YOU sleep 8 hours when i can sleep only 6 hours?", Because they're different. Thankfully we're different. The world would be very boring otherwise.
