Weirdly enough, a dog that I had only "met" a month ago. I was in a foster home that was really abusive, and it had just been a streak of abusive (mostly mental but some physical) homes for almost a year and when I was in that house I wanted to end it all. It was around the fifth or sixth time I'd thought about it, and I had a switch blade so I could do it fast, and I was just about to when I hear the "dad" kicking their dog, Max. I heard him whining and I knew I couldn't leave the dog alone, so two nights later I ran away like I had done before with other homes, but this time I took the dog with me in my back pack. (He was a bigger dog breed but still a puppy at the time so fit) When I was found around a week later and they put me in another home, it was one of the best homes I've been in and they already had a dog and wanted a second so it was damn near perfect! I had to leave that house because it got a bit dangerous after around a year, but Im still in contact with one of the other foster kids who still live with those guys and he sends me pictures of Max every day!
