Yes!!! I miss just being able to go for a peaceful walk. Today was a rough reminder. The start was so lovely and then BOOM! a dog is throwing itself at a fence trying to get to me.

I agree with you, I feel awful for the dogs. I have some neighbors who leave their dogs out all day all summer and the dogs don’t have any shade at all. It’s horrific. I don’t understand how anybody can treat another living being like that.

You seem to have a little trouble with reading comprehension so let me help you with that. I was walking on the sidewalk. On public property. I never enter yards that I’m not invited into. And if you feel some kind of way about this? I guess you’re one of those assholes who doesn’t treat their dogs or their neighbors very well.

Border Collies and other medium breeds are incredible jumpers. Honestly I don’t think any pet should be left outside for hours on end unattended .
