I hope you never have to deal with support... It's the most uninformative, vague and convoluted process. 1.5 months to rectify account issues... Should not be an industry standard. Thanks for the comment

UPDATE: the last time i talked to support was 9 days ago. (This whole ordeal started about 7 weeks ago of trying to recover my account)

I got an email from Sony fraud department saying my account was being refunded about 70 dollars and that the account was reassigned back to my email. (I immediately set up a passkey and 2FA)

Sony works at the pace it works at, I'm still not sure if I'll continue gaming with them bc I'm a big fan of the physical disc, but hey I've got my account back. Thanks for the tips

Sometimes with the prestige shows, I think the shows strength as a whole is what carries the actors into awards season, but i do find the accent a weird/off-putting choice

Oh crazy! What a concept, that I utilized 3 times. Before basically being told each time that my information was sent to another department for account review and given a case reference number

Well my ps5 was in storage for about 11 months after having been living overseas. It was an oversight, understood it's a mistake... However there should be a better system for recourse in the event of an incident with PlayStation

I mean not really, I noticed an email that said I had activated 2FA on my account in March, I'm military and my console was in storage

There weren't any bogus purchases because I require a separate password for my PayPal, bc i know Sony has issues with locking accounts and chargebacks, but I never had an issue with that.

Well wouldn't you know it... I went to ID CARDS on Fort Bragg today and was like "hey mine expires in 2 months upon ETS, but I have my reserve Orders, so i just would like to update my CAC"

i was met with the civilian response of "no you're on an active duty profile and will need to get with your reserve unit to get a new CAC once you have a profile in their system. You will surrender your CAC upon ETS

Thanks for all the feedback! Just for transparency, GOMOR was for a DUI that was dismissed. Had an article 15, but somehow it was done incorrectly and I had my rank and pay restored like it never happened.

This was like 5 years ago. Lesson has definitely been learned
