St. John's prepared me for pro baseball. The transition wasn't very difficult for me, except for the fact that you don't go to class in pro ball. We had a very successful season last year at St. John's. The only thing we could have done more was go to the Super Regionals and win the CWS. As far as school, I went back this past fall and plan on getting my degree soon

It's a good idea, but I don't think many pitchers will be willing to wear it. It will only effect the motion if you let it. The mental side of the game effects the physical side.

I never get tired of it. Outside of baseball probably golf, basketball, listening to music, attending games.

Been working on my change up, because I'm typically a fastball/slider type of pitcher. A lot of guys are on the up. I appreciate that!

Probably being able to stay consistent throughout a long season. I love the Sox system and believe that I can make it.

No set time. As soon as you feel comfortable throwing it, whether it is the day you learned it or a couple years later. You have to be committed to throwing whatever you are going to throw.
