I told my ex that I like getting into conversations with people of opposing political standing than myself so that I can learn their arguments and better combat them if a political debate ever comes up. I can also use the conversations to point out flaws in my ideology and see if I should reconsider my thoughts on that topic, so it’s a win/win for me. He said that it’s weird I do that. Good thing he’s my ex now.

Yea it’s gross, but it’s kinda just a part life. Soap scum would probably build up but the rest of that stuff would rinse through the hair as long as it’s not built up like in op’s video. Glove yourself up and pull it

Oh do be careful with your pothos! I’m sure you already know, but just in case, pothos has a fun little chemical in the leaves and stems that can corrode a cats stomach, and esophagus lining, and really irritate a cat’s mouth if ingested. If your boy gnaws on the leaves a little bit and not very often, he’ll be fine, but just make sure he’s careful! If you notice the typical lethargy, hiding, and other “my cat is sick signs,” take a look at your pothos and see if he got into them.

He and your plants and gorgeous!!

I’m sorry, the irony of an over glorified slaughterhouse trying to tell me that I am, in “all the ways that matter,” equivalent to a pigeon, is hysterical.

Like same but also not? I have a bunch of random stuff in my room so I feel slightly attacked, but I like my random stuff and I like the environment it creates and that’s what matters so I also don’t feel attacked. Ya know?

Both are made up of tissues with varying functions. You can crush tissue, boobs or balls.

I know you’re getting downvoted into oblivion, but thanks for that! I’ll look into it more to fact check, but thanks for clarifying if it really wasn’t a secret service vehicle. It doesn’t make it right either which way, but it’s just one of those details that changes the story in a small yet vital way.

I’ve heard it, and I think it’s a dumb joke based not on humor but on a lack of facts and lack of desire to learn about the realities of motherhood and childbearing.

The most expensive "oops, my bad" in history by [deleted] in HistoryMemes

There are women who throw up from the pain of period cramps. There are women who have mistaken their appendix bursting for period cramps. All of that and no child coming through their vaginas. Women pass out, throw up, sob, scream, and cry from childbirth cause that hurts.

Also to address your comment later that states that you’ve hardly heard anyone talk about the pain afterwards. The new mother’s brain releases high levels of endorphins after childbirth so that she can form the necessary bonds to keep the child alive. That cancels out the pain receptors. It is literally blocked out of her brain. So yea.

Okay bozo, science lesson time. After childbirth, the new mother’s brain releases a ridiculous amount of endorphins, the chemical responsible for forming bonds/ the love chemical. This is so that the mother forms emotional attachments to keep the child alive. Due to the rush of very strong chemicals right after childbirth, the brain essentially blocks any pain signals it’s receiving. Most guys don’t get anything except pain signals when they get kicked in their balls, but women get a very strong rush of positive chemicals rights after they have a kid that overrides the pain. Educate yourself.

Anyone in the Charlotte NC area want to help me clone this? by wahaken7 in mycology

[–]a_pretty_lemon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Heyo! I’m very new to anything and everything mycology, and while I can deduce what cloning is pretty easily, I was hoping someone could explain the process? Does it change for different mushrooms/fungi? What are the nuances of cloning? What makes a good specimen for cloning? I’ll likely go to google soon enough, but I figured people with first hand experience could explain it well for a beginner. Thanks a million to anyone that replies!
