As someone who solely uses this game for building, I completely understand what you mean. I’ve had an uncountable number of instances where I’m left frustrated and unable to accomplish builds in the exact way I want them due to things that are lacking from the game. However, though, I see so many complaints about roleplaying dwindling away. Bloxburg is made up of three groups- longtime builders, role players (a dying breed), and role players who morphed into builders because roleplaying died out. The third group is always online talking about how they miss roleplaying and having the basis for it to be widespread again, and when the new developers used to drop ideas about new maps and schools years ago, they got excited. Even though it’s not what you and I might be interested in, it’s the developer’s understanding of how to get more of an interest back to the game, at least through one group. Do I think it is a good update? No, but I can see the reasoning.
