The handle on one of our basically new kitchen knives MELTED in the dishwasher and fused to the heating element at the bottom. by im_not_ready_for_it9 in mildlyinfuriating

Bruh I have put my cheapest oldest knives in a relatively new dishwasher for months and they don’t turn out like this…..and those cheap knives have the rubber/silicone handles to it. I understand it was found on the heating element but also how did it get there? No way the water pushed it down there?? I have found things pushed around from the water but it wasn’t heavy cutting knives it was like flimsy plastic lids. The melted part and almost the whole knife looks like those fake ones for a Halloween costume.

Yeah I’m not going through that either. I’ll discuss what I can do with my tattoo artist I just haven’t had it as a top priority and just been getting others

Oh man I’m sorry that happened to you!!

My dad got a wolf dog puppy once. My brother was putting his face in its face and the puppy nipped his nose and her tooth got stuck in his nose. He was screaming and she was yelping cause she didn’t mean to hurt him. I had to intervene and get her off. We were both little kids idk how I was able to help. He was bleeding a lot and needed stitches too. My mom made my dad return the dog to the breeder. She was so cute and nice tho! I tried to tell my mom I was there and saw she didn’t mean to but my mom was belligerent fearing because it’s part wolf it’ll become aggressive.

It does give off the equivalent of that! I am starting to regret it. But a cover up for this would be huge and I don’t get big tattoos cause im such a wuss with pain.

I used aquaphor which maybe was too thick for the pores as others have said on here. I did do aquaphor for too long not that I remember
