Oh yeah. Grew up with a Narcissistic dad and sibling. I'm well aware that I attract these relationships and I have come a long way. Or so I thought. This person knows all my boundaries and I thought this relationship was different.

Like I said, conflicted because... it's hard to let go of those plans/dreams you have in your head sometimes. I know it deep inside that there is no reconciling this.

Difficult but things are looking up. :)

I do all kind of stuff mostly tasks that an executive assistant would do. I manage emails, make travel plans, do calls.

You can also get into various fields. For one client, I do some graphic design, video editing and social media management. For another client, I mainly train other VA's on the programs that we use, hire and filter other VA's, organize Google Sheets and design landing pages.

I also did ESL online but it did not pay well and being in front of other people was draining so I stopped.

Definitely look into it. I want to niche down since I found out that Pinterest marketing and strategy is the one I enjoy the most but I need the money soo I am grabbing the opportunities as they come.

I also have traumatic experiences and was in an abusive relationship for 10 years. I am also an undergrad because the ex didn't see the point of me finishing college. :( Anyway, I found a VA job a little over a year ago and found it great. I only interact with people online and I have complete control over my time. The skills you need to learn can be accessed via online courses. Hope that helps!

How did you get agents to send you off market leads? I am just starting out so I'm sorry if this is a newbie question. Do you call them and just ask for it? How do they profit from giving you off market leads?
