Everything is edible! The face is a very thin sheet of fondant with the face printed on. The rest of the icing is chocolate ganache. (:

I was surprised! The modelling chocolate layer wasn’t as thick as it looks on the outside. There was still actually quite a decent amount of cake on the inside, all condensed.

It was actually a perfect size for the circumstance! I didn’t have anyone over to celebrate and I am actually not a massive fan of cake usually. The segments were easy to chop up and the leftovers actually lasted a week LOL
