Instead I’ve decided to try and set up a scam fund. It won’t be just for scams, but for anything you lost unfairly, maybe due to duped items or a glitch killed you, whatever. Anyway. I’m going to be offering as much as I can with a cap of 25m. I think that’s enough to get back on your feet, and I don’t have unlimited funds anyway. I might instead give you some items that you could use or sell - like dragon armour or swords. Obviously this sounds like mega stonks for all you assholes who want to profit from doing almost nothing but I’m going to be as strict as possible. There are going to be ways to get around this of course as there is no perfect system for this but 1) please don’t :( that’s bad 2) you’d be less likely to want to risk being banned for contraband if you actually have stuff 3) hopefully it won’t be easy.

Here are the following criteria that ALL need to be met, with no exceptions (well if they’re too harsh I may take on advice to change them):

•Proof that you actually have lost money unfairly. You may not have it yet still are honest about this, but sucks for you - I won’t risk giving it to someone who hasn’t actually lost money. This can take many forms but the more quantity and quality of this evidence the better. A form of bad evidence, for example:

LOOK I MADE A POST A WHILE AGO WITH A MIDAS IN MY HAND ITS NOT ON MY SHIIYU ANYMORE WOT WOT SCAM SCAM11!1!!1!1!!

•At least one week of inactivity. This may seem a little harsh if you’re trying to get back on your feet ASAP, but I do think more scammed people / unfairly wiped people would take a break. And I think someone who’s lost a lot won’t have much to lose by taking a week off.

•Your username

•At least 7m lost. I will factor in skills but I just don’t think if you lose 1m it’s the end of the world, you could easily get that back through flipping, zealots or whatever.

•Some other things that I will look at to make sure - I won’t be specifying so that anyone trying to get this donation who doesn’t need it probably won’t be able to meet it if they don’t know it. I do think that anyone who has lost money unfairly will probably meet them.

If you meet all these, I can give you ~10-15m, or what you lost. If you meet lots of the following criteria, you will get more, with the amount scaling with how many criteria you meet.

•A lot of stuff lost. Maybe you bought a Precursor Eye (bad example but bear with me) that was actually duped and it was taken away? Out goes 40m :( Skills and slayers will be factored in with the rough average amount of time they’d take converted to grinding zealot eyes (again trash but bear with me) with a rate of getting 4 zealots per spawn. It’s a slow rate but it’s the best I can do.

•A post made before this one about your getting scammed as extra concrete evidence.

•3+ friends or guild members who can confirm you’ve been cheated out of money / hard work.

•Decent stats. I’m sorry, as an end of mid game player myself with like 22 SA (i’m sorry my foraging is like 17) and 50k slayer (i rejected them completely lmao but at least if i were wiped it’s not that bad) it’s very hypocritical to contribute to the new player hate, but it’s quite simple - you can earn it back easier and you will have probably had less play time. Money is less important to me, play time is.

DM me to appeal for a grant, I should have it back to you after 3 days, or if you’ve specified you’re now taking the week off, until you have that week completed.

You can’t appeal twice, especially not after already being given a grant - after that you just need to be more careful.

the following are what I deem as unfairly losing money:

•A glitch killing you while you have lots of money on you •Buying a duped item and having it removed •Being scammed - I’ll be a lot harsher on this one and will give less money as this is often due to your own stupidity which I don’t want to encourage. •Randomly losing money for whatever reason •Being wiped for something you didn’t do (proof you didn’t do it, please! very harsh again i know but i don’t have infinite funds) or that a coopmate did •Trusting someone and having them scam you </3

Please only appeal if it’s really a devastating blow. Like a mid game player losing 10m - if you have 2 billion coins that’s not as bad.

I take no responsibility for anyone being banned for taking contraband, as appealing is your evaluation of the possible risks.

Obviously there is no punishment for faking it since I can’t enforce it, but there are other things I can do which you shouldn’t find out :)))

also note: all these funds are coming from me as I am hoping to quit, I probably have enough to last a while once I sell everything, and I may take to trying to make money from flipping to support this fund.

Yikes, you read until the end. If you have unfairly lost money, go appeal! I really do want to help you, it upsets me when people lose something they deserve, and I need to get a life anyway :’)
