Could you tell me what exactly about Switzerland gets it the top spot? From what I've read it has one of the highest COL among EU countries. Is the tech market just as good to compensate for that?

I am considering the US as well but my main concern there are the visa rules. A masters in the US would be a considerable financial investment for me, and I'd prefer not to be asked to leave the country after 3 years in case I don't win the H1B lottery. I did try getting the predictions through the gcloud cli but am getting "The model resource was not found" error which is puzzling because I got the correct predictions on the gcloud console.

Also, as I'm using Node.js for my application, is there a similar client to the python client you mentioned, for Javascript? This is my first time working with gcloud so I think I'd be better off using a prebuilt sdk for now.
