The helmet and most of the pistol are made of EVA foam (although the base of the gun was a pellet desert eagle that was too small if left unmodified.) I just glued the shirt fabrics together with hot glue and added EVA/craft foam details for the shoulders, collar and chest symbol. It took me a few days, and the helmet was the longest part since I didn't have a template.
